The moment of arrival at a mountain refuge is the one of the most exciting experience of the life in the Alps; in the same way, it will be a unique feeling to reach the mountain refuge Carosello 3000, located at the height of 2.749 m above sea level, accessible by the homonymous gondola which you can take in the village, San Rocco zone ( address: Via Saroch 1242/G).

The refuge offers different types of refreshment services to the guests from different countries with different demands, and it is an ideal place for a break and a moment of relax.

Coming from the main entrance you will find the Bar Torre, with cafeteria and refreshing beverage service, and if you cannot resist temptations, you can sample our own-made apple strudel, or superb cakes, the artisan products of the Patisserie "Biancaneve" situated in the centre of Livigno.

Further up, on the same floor, there is the Self-service restaurant, where you will find the best Italian specialities, numerous pasta dishes and meat dishes, all prepared at the moment, in front of you. We do not forget the right side dish, consisting of fresh season salads, tomatoes and other vegetables; and if you want to finish your lunch in the best way, there is a large assortment of cakes and fresh fruit salads.

At the room Panorama you can taste our specialities in a warm atmosphere, but also enjoy a wide and fascinating view on the valley of Livigno. Outside, on the same level, you can find the Snack Bar, completely renewed; there you can refresh yourself with hot drinks, sandwiches, focaccias, or big hand-made pizza prepared at the moment and cut in slices.

"La Stuvetta" Spaghetteria Bar Restaurant is situated downstairs, and you can reach it from the entrance hall by stairs or by elevator: high-quality cuisine with an offer of sea-food specialities (lobster, sea bass, smoked fish appetizers), and high-quality meats (bison fillet, Angus sirloin steak). There are also Italian and regional specialities personalized by our Chef.

ACCOMODATION CAPACITY

More than 550 places are available inside the refuge, in its different rooms, and about 1.200 places are available outside on the large terraces.

During the nice sunny days you can enjoy relaxing in a deckchair downstairs, outside the restaurant, in the reserved area.

There are also high-quality new services: self-cleaning toilettes and nursery room .
